To be eligible for a return, your must pay for return shipping and use the original packaging or repack it carefully as all Mutech Art is fragile. .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Contact Us BEFORE you return your purchase to get approval. We can usually fix the problem without the need to return the art piece.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
